Пилинг: скоблим по-английски

Пилинг – это общее название процессов отшелушивания клеток кожи. Время от времени кожу необходимо отшелушивать, то есть снимать с неё верхний слой, состоящий из старых и отмерших клеток. От этого кожа становится гладкой и нежной, начинает сиять. Кроме того, после процедуры пилинга начинается усиленная регенерация, а это производит омолаживающий эффект, повышает эластичность и упругость.

Крупинки соли шлифовали кожу, подобно наждачной бумаге, а жирные сливки облегчали их скольжение.

Современный аналог этого средства называется скраб. Вместо сливок в нём крем или гель, а вместо соли – твёрдые частицы природного или искусственного происхождения (дроблёные косточки плодов, скорлупа орехов, гранулы воска, измельчённые зерна кофе). Скраб применяют раз в две недели, втирая ватным диском в распаренную кожу в течение пяти минут. Кожа шлифуется, поры открываются, кожа начинает «дышать» - все вместе это приносит несомненную пользу.

Химический пилинг дает похожий результат: входящие в его состав кислоты осветляют кожу, убирают веснушки и пигментные пятна, полируют рубцы. Как использовать гоммаж? Используете гоммаж вместо скраба 1-2 раза в неделю. Что такое скраб? Скраб – косметическое средство, состоящие из основы и мелких частиц , которые механически отшелушивают верхний слой кожи.

Основу скраба составляют крем, гель или косметическая глина, в качестве отшелушивающих частиц добавляют морской песок или соль, измельченную скорлупу орехов или абрикосовых косточек и другие натуральные частицы. Основная функция скраба – это очищение кожи, мелкие частички удаляют с поверхности кожи старые, отмершие клетки и загрязнения.

Для какого типа кожи подходит скраб? Скраб подходит для обладательниц молодой, беспроблемной кожи. Аналогичная путаница возникает между понятиями «ПИЛИНГ» и «СКРАБ».

Все пилинги работают благодаря эксфолиирующим веществам - активным компонентам, которые входят в их состав и обеспечивают очищающее действие. Именно по типу эксфолиирующего вещества (способу воздействия) эксфолианты относят к тому или иному виду.

Также существует типология эксфолиации по глубине воздействия, которая зависит от таких факторов, как: величина абразивных частиц и сила их втирания, концентрация кислот и время их выдерживания, температура и ширина лазера и др.

Поверхностные или поверхностно-срединные разновидности механического, химического и биологического пилингов доступны для самостоятельного применения . Но для получения более глубокого эффекта эксфолиация кожи лица должна проводиться только специалистом.

КАКИЕ БЫВАЮТ ЭКСФОЛИАНТЫ

Следующая классификация основывается на форме эксфолиирующего состава.


  1. Скраб . Самая распространенная и простая в применении форма эксфолианта. Скраб представляет собой густую пасту, содержащую твердые крупинки, которые буквально срезают ороговевшие клетки.   4. . Нечто среднее между химическим и механическим пилингами. Здесь связи между омертвевшими клетками разрушаются фруктовыми кислотами либо ферментами. Далее в процессе массажа целлюлозные частицы связывают в катышки отделенные кусочки эпидермиса. Твердых частиц в составе нет, однако целлюлозные катышки в некоторой степени копируют их действие. Так как пилинги производятся с учетом типов кожи, то в пределах каждого вида эксфолианты будут также различаться по концентрации действующих веществ:
